This guide is made to helpaids controllers understand how to useon TopSky PDC/DCL.DCL functions.

When someonean aircraft requests PDC, also referred to as Pre-Departure Clearance, youreferred canhereafter as PDC, right click on the redR, Rthis thatwill popsopen upthe whenDCL they send a request.menu.

Functions

 A/C = Aircraft,Aircraft fromcallsign
aircraft THY6VY (in this case): 

Gate = B12L,Aircraft's gate
ATYP (Aircraft Type) = A321,Aircraft Type
ADES (Destination) = LIRF,Destination
ATIS (Current= ATIS letter)identifier
RWY = A

Assigned

To aircraft:
RWY (Thedeparture runway
that you will assign them for departure, in Tunis it can be one of the following: 01, 19, 11, 29)SID = 35L

Assigned

SID (Standard Instrument Departure):Departure
BARPE4DAHDG (in= Assigned Heading
CFL = Cleared Flight Level
ASSR = Assigned squawk
NFREQ = Next frequency
DFREQ = Departure frequency
RMK = Remark

AHDG is generally not used, it is preferred to give a non-standard departure via voice.
NFREQ & DFREQ do not auto-populate, this case)

RMK (Remarks)is = In case you wantused to say Hello to the pilot, or pass on additional information.information relevent to a pilots clearance.

Upon completingWhen all this,relevant nextfileds are populated, click SEND, this will send the pilot their PDC.

R/T will reject a DCL request, this will instruct the pilot to the R/T button, on the left, would appear SEND. In the case you cannot see that button, PDC/DCL does not work. This means you must click R/T (Revertrevert to Voicevoice Procedures), to send this message to the pilot.

Usually, you would only fill out the NFREQ and DFREQ boxes, as you would have the SID, squawk, runway, automatically inputted if you selected them in the departure list. You can see that it matches with the departure list.procedures.
